At the age of 8, Vivienne Harr began selling lemonade and raised more than $101,000 for Not For Sale, which fights child slavery. She went on to sell her lemonade in stores, with proceeds benefitting anti-slavery causes.

Inspired by a devastating storm, 12-year-old Tommy used his resources to help his community recover from the damage. It started as a small gesture, but has grown tremendously as word continues to spread.

Ayda and Vanja Zugay were 11 and 17, respectively, when they fled Yugoslavia in 1999 and met a woman who gave them $100, a pair of earrings, and an encouraging note. Ayda recently tracked down the stranger and thanked her for the impact she had.
