Love Ya More Valentine's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

- Promotion Description: The entry period will be from Wednesday, Feb. 9, through noon CST Monday, Feb. 14. This contest is being sponsored and administered by Love Ya More. Message @_loveyamore_ on Instagram for more information.
- Eligibility: Each entrant must be at least 18 and a resident of the United States. One entry per person. Duplicate entries or accounts will not be rewarded. Individuals associated with Love Ya More and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. Love Ya More reserves the right to disqualify entrants for any reason, including false personal information given, or any other tempering with the contest mechanisms.
- Prize: The prize will be $250 for the winner and $250 for someone the winner selects. The prize will be paid in the form of a VISA gift card. It is intended to be used for a fun night out for the winner and the individual the winner selects. Any shipping costs associated with this prize will be paid by Love Ya More.
- How to Enter: To enter, follow _loveyamore_ on Instagram and tag at least one friend in the comments of the official Valentine's Day Giveaway post.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random and announced on the _loveyamore_ Instagram page on Monday, Feb. 14. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entrants.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message. If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours of this message, a new winner will be drawn.
